Eleanor Chan – Notary Public
Eleanor was commissioned as a Notary Public in 2024, achieving the award for highest marks in Personal Planning. She holds a Master of Arts (Applied Legal Studies), a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), and was formerly a Certified Management Consultant, also achieving the highest marks in BC during those exams.
Eleanor was formerly a management consultant focused on strategic planning for the tourism industry, with an emphasis on planning and development in the hospitality sector. Her work took her throughout British Columbia, across Canada and to Asia. Raising twins and all things family then became her priority. Fast forward many years and the real estate aspect of her earlier work drew her naturally to the work of notaries, but it was the appeal of helping people with their personal planning needs that really drew her to the profession. She is excited to be able to help people at a deeply personal level.
When Eleanor is not increasing her knowledge of all things related to estate planning, you can find her with her family, enjoying long walks with their bernedoodle, exploring the latest restaurants, and travelling, or at least dreaming about it.
